The Kahenatoch Beit Midrash is a unique educational and community initiative that combines an in-depth study of Ethiopian Jewish tradition, the Ge'ez language, Torah, and life, alongside community connection and social contribution. The goal of the program is to train a young generation of community leadership, deeply rooted in its identity and acting for the common good.

Program Duration and Scope:

• The program is annual (exact start and end dates will be provided in an appendix).
• Studies will take place within a boarding school framework, which includes accommodation, meals, and a mandatory schedule.
• Participation includes theoretical studies, experiential workshops, volunteering, and community involvement.

Student Commitments:

• To participate regularly in all classes, activities, and meetings.
• To maintain proper behavior and show respect toward instructors, staff, peers, and the physical space.
• To respect the values of the Midrasha and the tradition of Ethiopian Jewry.
• To refrain from any criminal activity, violence, or the use of drugs or alcohol on the Midrasha premises.
• To comply with all staff instructions regarding safety, order, and discipline.

• To provide the student with a high-quality curriculum tailored to the program's goals.
• To provide a professional and experienced staff for guidance and personal mentoring.
• To provide adequate and safe living conditions within the boarding school framework.
